Refund
1.1 Return or exchange of Goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law No. (24) of 2006 On Consumer Protection of the United Arab Emirates.
1.2. The Buyer may return the Goods of proper quality within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase, to the nearest Retail Store or using the services of transport companies, courier services. Payment of transport costs is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. Exchange of Goods of proper quality is carried out if the said Goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is a sales receipt or cash register receipt or other document confirming payment for the said Goods. The absence of a sales receipt or cash register receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods does not deprive the Buyer of the opportunity to refer to witness testimony. Return of the Goods within the time limits specified in this paragraph is possible if the Buyer is an individual.
1.3. Goods of improper quality can be replaced with similar Goods of proper quality or returned to the Seller. In this case, the Seller pays the costs of Delivery of the Goods. The exchange of the Product is carried out by returning the Product of inadequate quality and selling a new Product. The Seller reserves the right to accept the Product of inadequate quality from the Buyer and, if necessary, conduct a quality check of the Product. If the examination of the Product reveals that its defects arose due to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the Seller for the costs of the examination, as well as the associated costs of storing and transporting the Product.
1.4. If any defect is found in the Product, the Seller has the right to require the Buyer to provide a photo of:
the product;
the declared defect;
the packaging;
the manufacturer's nameplate.
1.5. If the Buyer has any difficulties with the Product purchased from the Seller, he can contact the customer service department of the Online store by e-mail nps@ankas.ru and by phone. Photographic materials with the detected defects are also provided there.
1.6. Upon acceptance of the Goods from the Buyer, the delivery service courier shall issue a Goods acceptance certificate in the Seller's form.
1.7. The Buyer shall be refunded after inspection and acceptance of the Goods by the Seller's service center, provided that the Buyer has completed the relevant application.
1.8. The Buyer shall be refunded in accordance with the current legislation of the The United Arab Emirates, but in any case no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's relevant application in writing or by e-mail.
1.9. The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the details for refund specified by him in the application.
1.10. The Seller shall not accept claims regarding the Goods if, upon acceptance, the Buyer opened the packaging and inspected the Goods and signed the relevant sales receipt in the following cases:
absence of the Goods in the packaging when returning them by the Buyer;
presence of external mechanical damage;
incompleteness;
if the product is damaged due to the fault of the Buyer or the Product returned is not the same as the one purchased in the online store.
