Description

The Riello AJ 6 CC 1000 4P burner pump, art.: 3003999, is a highly efficient industrial equipment for pumping diesel fuel under high pressure. The capacity reaches 248 l/h at a pressure of 20 bar and a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt. The feed pressure is set at the factory and can be adjusted in the range of 10-20 bar.

Features:

  • reduction of internal pressure losses;

  • use of O-ring seals for connecting suction and return lines;

  • equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function;

  • additional electromagnetic valve that allows you to automate the fuel supply;

  • for equipping 2-pipe and 1-pipe systems.

Design and installation

The Riello AJ pump is made of highly wear-resistant materials. The main unit is two gears meshed together that suck fuel from the tank and pass it through a filter and a pressure regulating valve. A metal detachable mesh with 120x150 micron holes protects the gears from jamming and damage.

The pump is assembled at the factory for a 2-pipe connection. When installing in a single-pipe system, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and seal the drain channel. Unused fuel returns to the tank or to the gears, depending on the system configuration.

The Riello AJ pump includes a pressure regulating valve. Installation of an additional electromagnetic valve automates the fuel supply.

The pump is mounted on a ∅54 mm flange. Ports are provided to control the settings, allowing you to connect measuring devices.
