Description
The Riello AJ V 6 CC 1005 4P burner pump, art.: 20033467, is used in industrial heating systems for pumping diesel fuel and biodiesel. The capacity reaches 248 l/h at a pressure of 20 bar and a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt. The feed pressure is set at the factory and can be adjusted to meet needs in the range of 10-20 bar.
Features:
reduction of internal pressure losses;

equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function;
external solenoid valve for automation of the feed mode (purchased separately);

Design and installation
Riello AJ is made of materials resistant to high pressure, contact with fuel, and wear. The main working unit is a pair of gears, which, when moving, suck fuel from the tank and pass it through a filter and a valve that regulates the pressure. A mesh metal filter with 120x150 µm holes prevents the gear pair from jamming. It has a disassemblable design for cleaning from dirt.
The pump is assembled for a 2-pipe connection. When used in systems without a return line, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and carefully plug the drain channel. The pump includes a valve that regulates the pressure on the nozzle and provides a shut-off function. Installing an additional electromagnetic valve will automate the fuel supply process.
Installation is carried out using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. Standard ports for measuring devices are provided to control the operating parameters when setting up the equipment.
