Description

The pump for the Riello AL 75 C 9411 4P 0700 burner, art: 3003835, is equipped with an electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function. It is used in single-stage liquid fuel systems for pumping diesel fuel under pressure up to 15 bar. The performance depends on the viscosity characteristics of the fuel and pressure settings, reaching 109 l / h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

Design and features

The main working element of the pump is a gear mechanism, in the manufacture of which materials with high wear and corrosion resistance were used. To protect the gears, a mesh filter is placed at the flow inlet, retaining coarse mechanical particles of 150 microns in size. The dust and moisture protection level of the pump complies with the IP54 standard. Permissible operating temperatures: 0 ... + 60 ºC.

The pressure control valve maintains the specified fuel supply parameters. The electromagnetic valve is triggered by a signal from the control device, shutting off the fuel supply to the injector.

The pump is suitable for systems with 1 or 2 pipes. In the standard version, it is prepared for a 2-pipe connection. For operation in single-pipe systems, the bypass plug must be removed and replaced with a steel plug with a washer. Excess diesel fuel that does not pass through the injector is drained into the tank or fed to the gears, depending on the connection scheme used.

Installation is carried out using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. At the factory, the pump is adjusted to a pressure of 12 bar. The set value can be adjusted to meet needs in the range of 8-15 bar using a screw regulator. The pump body for the Riello AL burner has standard ports for connecting measuring devices.
