Description

The Riello AL V 65 B 9632 6P 0700 burner pump, art.: 20033463, is built into systems with single-stage power regulation. Thanks to reliable shaft seals, it can be used to pump diesel and biodiesel fuel. The performance depends on the viscosity characteristics of the working medium and pressure settings, reaching 81 l / h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt. The pump is equipped with a normally closed electromagnetic shut-off valve with quick response.

Design and features

The pump gear mechanism is made of materials highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Moves fuel from the tank to the nozzle line, passing it through a built-in mesh filter at the inlet.

The pump includes an electromagnetic shut-off valve and a regulating valve that maintains a set pressure value. Electrical components are protected from dust and moisture according to the IP54 standard. Permissible fuel temperatures inside the pump: 0...+60ºC. Viton shaft seals allow safe operation with biodiesel.

The pump is suitable for installations with or without a return line. The basic assembly is prepared for a 2-pipe connection. When operating in single-pipe systems, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and replaced with a blind plug with a washer. Excess fuel that does not pass through the nozzle is drained into a tank or fed to the gears, depending on the connection option.

The pump is installed using a ∅ 32 mm sleeve connection. At the factory, it is adjusted to a pressure of 9 bar. The set pressure can be changed to suit needs in the range of 8-15 bar, using a screw regulator. The pump body for the Riello AL burner has standard ports to which measuring equipment is connected.
