Description

The Riello AL V 75 C 9425 4P 0700 burner pump, art: 20033547, can be used to pump not only diesel but also biodiesel fuel due to Viton seals. Suitable for systems with single-stage power control. The capacity varies depending on the viscosity and discharge pressure, reaching 109 l/h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt. The pump includes a normally-closed electromagnetic shut-off valve, characterized by rapid response.

Device and features

The pump body and units are made of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials designed for intensive use. The main working element is a gear mechanism, during operation of which fuel is sucked in from the tank and moved to the nozzle line. A mesh filter located at the flow inlet removes coarse impurities from 150 microns in size.

The electromagnetic valve is located in the nozzle line and quickly responds to a corresponding signal from the control device. The regulating valve is responsible for maintaining the pressure at a given level.

The coil electrical protection complies with the IP54 standard. The design is designed for pumping fuel at a temperature of 0...+60ºC. Viton shaft seals allow safe operation with biodiesel.

The pump is ready for installation in a 2-pipe system. It can be used in installations without a return line. To do this, remove the bypass plug and replace it with a blind steel plug with a washer. Unused fuel returns to the tank or goes to the gears, depending on the connection diagram.

Installation is carried out using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. The pump is set to 12 bar. The discharge pressure can be changed within 8-15 bar by turning the screw regulator. The pump body for the Riello AL burner has ports for measuring devices used when setting up the equipment.
