Description

The Riello AN 57 C 7282 4P burner pump, art: 3003833, is used to pump diesel fuel under pressure up to 14 bar. Suitable for two-pipe and single-pipe connections. The capacity reaches 55 l/h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

Design and installation

The body and the working unit of the pump are made of corrosion- and wear-resistant materials. A toothed pair is responsible for moving the fuel from the tank to the nozzle line. Before entering the gears, the fuel passes through a dismountable mesh filter with 150 micron holes, which eliminates damage to the gear mechanism by abrasive particles.

The regulating valve adjusts the pressure in accordance with the settings. Unused fuel is drained into the tank in a two-pipe system or fed to the gears in a single-pipe connection. In systems with one pipe, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and the hole must be completely closed.

An additional fine filter will reliably protect the nozzle from damage. It is installed in the pressure line.
