Description

The Riello AN 67 C 7233 4P burner pump, art.: 3013805, is designed to equip liquid fuel heating equipment. Pumps diesel fuel to the nozzle under pressure up to 20 bar. In the factory assembly, it is ready for a 2-pipe connection. When used in systems without a return line, the bypass plug must be replaced with a blind one.

Features of the AN 67 pump:

  • working medium - diesel fuel;

  • built-in pressure regulating valve with shut-off function;

  • external solenoid valve (optional) for automatic feeding;

  • fuel temperature inside the pump 0 ... + 60 ºC;

  • pressure setting range on the nozzle: 10-20 bar (factory set to 14 bar);

  • wear-resistant design, undemanding in maintenance;

  • use in systems of 2-pipe and 1-pipe configuration;

  • mesh metal filter with 150 micron holes.

Design and installation

The gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank and pumps it onto the nozzle. Fuel passes through the built-in filter and pressure regulating valve. Excess fuel is returned to the tank in a two-pipe system or fed to the gear pair in a single-pipe connection. It is recommended to install an additional fine filter in the pressure part to protect the nozzle from contamination. The pump is attached using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm.
