Description
The Riello AN V 57 C K 7208 4P burner pump, art.: 3013992, is designed to pump diesel fuel and kerosene to the heating burner. The basic model includes a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. It can be retrofitted with an external solenoid valve to automate the operation. The pump capacity depends on the pressure setting and the viscosity of the fuel.

Design and mounting in the system
The Riello AN pump is manufactured using wear- and corrosion-resistant materials and seals. The gear mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the injector line. Before entering the gears, the fuel is cleaned of abrasive particles of 150 µm in size, which helps protect the working unit from jamming and damage. The regulating valve maintains the pressure at the set level and provides a shut-off function.
The pump is mounted on a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. Standard ports are provided for connecting a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. Installation is allowed in any position, excluding the load on the axle.
