Description

The Riello AN V 67 A 7309 4P burner pump, art.: 20033142, is designed to pump diesel fuel and B10 biodiesel. Prepared for a two-pipe connection. It can also be built into systems without a return line by replacing the bypass plug with a steel plug with a washer. The fuel pumping speed varies based on operating parameters and is 80 l/h at a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 11 bar. The pump includes a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function.

  • automatic bleed of excess air in dual-pipe systems;

  • permissible viscosity of the working medium: 2...75 cSt.

Design

The pump is equipped with a wear-resistant gear mechanism. To protect the gears from damage, a serviceable mesh filter is mounted at the inlet, which must be cleaned of dirt in a timely manner. ⅛ inch outputs are provided for connecting a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge. Connection to the suction pipe and return line is made using G¼" connections. The pump design is suitable for a wide range of burners.

Diesel pumps for Riello AN burners are equipped with a filter, but for the best protection the manufacturer recommends installing an additional fuel filter.
