Description
The Riello AN V 77 A 7203 2P burner pump, art.: 20033130, is designed to work with diesel fuel and a B10 biodiesel mixture. The capacity is 108 l/h when the pressure is set to 11 bar and the viscosity of the pumped fuel is 5 cSt. The device is equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. It is used mainly in systems with an external solenoid valve.

Design
In the factory version, the pump is ready for installation in a two-pipe system. In case of use in one-pipe installations, it is necessary to unscrew the bypass plug and hermetically close the drain with a steel plug and washer.
A gear mechanism consisting of a wear-resistant gear pair is responsible for moving the fuel from the tank to the injector line. To protect the gears from wear, the fuel is pre-cleaned from abrasive inclusions larger than 150 microns. The regulating valve maintains the pressure at the set level and provides a shut-off function.
