Description
The Riello D 47 A 7383 3P burner pump, art.: 3006864, is designed for pumping fuel oil and diesel fuel when operating industrial burners. Adapted for working with heavy fuel and high temperatures. The shut-off function is performed by an external solenoid valve, purchased separately. The capacity varies depending on the viscosity, fuel temperature and pressure setting.
Design and features
The liquid fuel gear pump has a reinforced design designed for heavy loads and high fuel temperatures (up to +90ºC). To protect the gears from damage, a detachable mesh filter with 530 µm holes is installed at the inlet.
The pump is mounted using a 32 mm sleeve connection. Standard fit in accordance with EN-225 expands the possibilities of using the pump.
The pump is suitable for use in single-pipe or two-pipe systems. In the factory assembly, it is ready for installation in a system with a return line. If it is missing, the bypass plug must be removed and the fuel drain hole must be hermetically sealed using a plug with a washer. Excess air is discharged through the pressure line coupling in case of a single-pipe connection or automatically in case of a two-pipe system.
The shut-off function is not provided in the pump. It can be implemented by installing an external electromagnetic valve.
The pump pumps fuel under a pressure of 10-28 bar, which is set when setting up the system. The pressure regulating valve maintains the set pumping parameters. At the factory, the pump is set to 14 bar. Standard ports are provided in the pump body to control the pressure.
