Description
The Riello N-NR 4 A burner pump, art.: 3012513, is used for uninterrupted, uniform and efficient supply of fuel oil under pressure up to 28 bar when operating industrial heating systems. The capacity reaches 390 l/h when setting the pressure to 20 bar and fuel viscosity of 20 cSt. Heat-resistant design allows operating the pump in difficult conditions. A preheating device can be installed to simplify a cold start. The pressure on the nozzle is regulated in a wide range (7-28 bar), which allows solving various production problems.
Design
The main working unit of the pump is a gear mechanism. When the shaft rotates, the gears suck fuel from the tank and move it to the nozzle. The design is made of wear-resistant materials designed to work with fuel oil and high intensity of operation. A mesh filter is installed at the fuel inlet, holding back dirt particles from 400 microns in size. A flange connection of ∅ 54 mm is used to install the pump. In case of malfunctions and insufficient fuel in the tank, the pump stops supplying fuel.
