Description
The Riello N-NR 6 A burner pump, art.: 3012514, has a reinforced design for efficient pumping of fuel oil under pressure up to 28 bar. It is used in industrial heating and process equipment. The feed rate reaches 390 l/h when the pressure is set to 20 bar and the fuel viscosity is 20 cSt. The pump is resistant to temperature effects and can be additionally equipped with a fuel preheater to facilitate cold starting. The nozzle pressure is regulated in a wide range: 7-28 bar.
Design
The pump body and working units are designed for intensive loads, high pressure and operation with heated fuel. A reliable gear mechanism is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and moving it to the nozzle. Wear-resistant materials designed for operation with heavy fuel were used in the manufacture of the design. A filter is located at the inlet, filtering out dirt particles larger than 400 microns. A flange connection ∅ 54 mm is used to fix the pump to the heating unit. In case of failures or insufficient fuel in the tank, the pump stops supplying fuel.
