Description
The Riello N-NR 7 A burner pump, art.: 3012577, is a high-performance equipment for heavy-duty operation. The design is adapted for working with fuel oil and can be used to pump fuel heated to +120 ºC (when equipped with a preheating device). The feed capacity reaches 390 l/h when the pressure is set to 20 bar and the fuel viscosity is 20 cSt. The pressure on the nozzle is regulated in a wide range.
Design
The pump body and units are made of wear- and corrosion-resistant materials that can withstand high temperatures. The main working element - the gear mechanism is made of highly reliable and durable materials. The gears suck in fuel from the tank and move it to the nozzle line. At the flow inlet, there is a mesh filter that retains large impurities and solid particles from 400 µm in size. A flange connection of ∅ 54 mm is used to integrate the pump into the system. In case of failures or insufficient fuel in the tank, the pump stops pumping fuel.
