Description
The Riello TA 4 C 4010 7 burner pump, art: 3006236, is high-performance equipment for industrial boiler houses and difficult operating conditions. The design is designed for high-temperature exposure, high loads and pressure. To simplify the cold start, an opening is provided for the use of a heater. The pump is suitable for a wide range of burners from different manufacturers and is easily adapted to the needs of a specific installation. The pressure on the nozzle is regulated over a wide range.
Features:
high efficiency, feed rate of 1050 l / h (30 bar / 75 cSt);
working environment - fuel oil, oil, diesel fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt;
built-in pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function;
space for installing a heater and simplifying a cold start (optional);
heat-resistant design, pumping fuel with a temperature of 0 ... + 150 ºC;
nozzle feed pressure adjustment: 7-40 bar;
application in two-pipe and one-pipe configuration systems.
Design and placement
The Riello TA pump is specially made for heavy-duty conditions and high-temperature exposure. The gear mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle line, passing it through the pressure regulating valve. A screw regulator is used to adjust the pressure. The actions are performed under the control of measuring instruments, for which standard ports are provided in the body.
The design is adapted for installing a fuel preheater. The heater must be turned on in advance before starting the pump. Cold start of the pump is prohibited when working with heavy fuels due to the risk of clutch failure. The mounting hole is drilled in a place optimal for installing the heating device: contact with the fuel is excluded and maximum heat output is ensured.
The burner pump in the standard version is installed in a system with a return line. If there is no fuel drain channel, the bypass plug must be dismantled and the hole must be carefully plugged. In this case, unused fuel will return to the teeth of the gear device, and not to the tank.
Retrofitting
The pump is not equipped with a filter. It is recommended to install a 200 µm filter after the pump to prevent nozzle clogging and loss of system performance. When using fuel oil, a degasser flask must be installed to reduce the harmful effects of light fractions of heated fuel on structural elements and minimize equipment wear.
Advantages:
Reinforced design for working with heavy fuel;
Pumping fuel of different viscosity, including fuel oil;
High efficiency, use in powerful combustion systems;
Hermetic shaft seals;
Standard flange connection;
Special hole for the heating element;
Use in two- and single-pipe systems;
Pressure adjustment on the nozzle in the range of 7-40 bar.
