Description

The Riello TA 5 C 3010 7 burner pump, art.: 3006410, is a specially designed device for heavy industrial applications. It pumps fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt under high pressure. It is built into combustion systems with a capacity of 3000-30000 kW. The pump is resistant to high temperatures and is designed for installation of a preheating device to facilitate start-up when pumping high-viscosity oil products. The feed rate reaches 1400 l/h (30 bar/ 75 cSt).

Start-up assistance

A hole is drilled in the housing for installing a heater. The preheater is switched on in advance to reduce the viscosity of the fuel and the load on the clutch. The installation location of the heating element eliminates contact with the fuel and ensures maximum heat transfer.

Retrofitting

Fuel oil pumps for Riello TA burners are supplied without a built-in mesh filter. It is recommended to install a filter with 200 µm holes after the pump to protect the nozzle from damage. When using fuel oil, it is necessary to retrofit a degasser flask to reduce the harmful effects of light fractions of heated fuel on structural elements and minimize equipment wear.
