Description
Universal liquid fuel pump Suntec A2 RA 7720 is a compact low-performance equipment for installation in low-power burners. The fuel supply rate is 9.5 l/hour at the basic pressure value (7 atm.). A special feature is the built-in control valve, which performs a shut-off function.
Working parameters
The pressure on the nozzle is regulated in a wide range: from 1 to 10 bar.
Fuel temperature inside the pump: 10-+45 degrees.
Inlet-outlet pressure - 0.7 atmospheres.
Shaft rotation is clockwise.
Maximum speed - 3450 rpm.
Working environment - diesel fuel and biodiesel.
Design and features
The main working element of the Suntec A2 RA 7720 pump is a gear mechanism, for the protection of which a filter is mounted at the inlet of the working fluid. A mesh with 150 microns cells prevents abrasive impurities from penetrating into the device. The mesh insert capture area is 20 cm². During operation of the unit, maintenance should be performed - the filter should be washed from impurities.
The gear pair is responsible for supplying fuel to the nozzle. Fuel is sucked from the tank, moved to the regulator, and then pumped into the heating burner under a given pressure. The pressure can be changed independently using the screw. The valve also performs a locking function.
A special sealing material is used for working with biodiesel, ensuring the safety of operations. This product is incompatible with fuel mixtures containing more than 5% biodiesel.
The pump is attached to the electric motor using a flange connection of a standard diameter (54 mm, EN 225 standard), which allows the equipment to be used to complete burners of many brands.
To monitor the correct operation of the equipment, ports with a conical thread with a diameter of ⅛ inch NPTF are provided on the body, to which devices are connected: a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge.
Let's note the advantages:
universal purpose - work with two types of fuel (diesel fuel, biodiesel);
shut-off function of the control valve;
fuel cleaning from mechanical impurities of 150 microns;
the ability to independently adjust the pressure on the nozzle, from 1 to 10 bar;
standard connection method, according to EN 225;
holes for connecting pressure gauge and vacuum gauge devices;
compact dimensions, low weight of the structure.
