Description

The Suntec A2 RA 7736 liquid fuel pump is a basic model supplied complete with a pressure regulating valve and a locking function. It is suitable for low-power burners of many modern brands, thanks to the universal fixation method and compliance with the European standard EN 225. The model's performance is 9.5 l / h at a pressure of 7 atmospheres.

Design and features

The main working unit is a gear pair designed for intensive loads. The mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the regulator, and then to the nozzle under a predetermined pressure.

The control valve maintains the pressure at a fixed value. The feed parameters are adjusted by tightening the screw. At the same time, the valve performs a locking function.

A mesh filter with an open area of ​​20 cm² and a cleaning depth of 150 µm is mounted before entering the system. It retains foreign inclusions contained in the distilled fuel, protecting the gears from breakage. It is necessary to perform periodic maintenance of the filter with a replacement of the cover gasket.

The Suntec A2 RA 7736 pump is connected to the electric drive using a flange with a diameter of 54 mm. This standard is supported by many burner manufacturers.
