Description

The high-performance gear pump Suntec A2L 65 A 9708 4P with a feed rate of 81 l/h is presented by the French concern. It is designed to pump diesel fuel simultaneously to two nozzle lines of burners. The unit is equipped with a pair of electromagnetic solenoids responsible for stopping the supply according to the set operating mode, as well as an adjustable slide valve. Design settings

  • The mechanical part of the liquid fuel pump is a gear pair in which the gear is pressed onto the shaft. It rotates the driven wheel with an internal arrangement of the toothed crown clockwise. The mutual movement of the pair of gears causes the working fluid to move from the tank to its teeth, and then to the consumer.

  • To maintain a given level of fuel pressure on both nozzles, a spool with an adjusting screw is provided. The excess is drained through the return line channel into the tank or redirected to the mechanism, depending on the fuel line configuration.

  • EM valves of the "normally closed" type can close the nozzle line channels regardless of the number of revolutions of the drive shaft. The positions of the shut-off valves are controlled by a signal from the burner control unit.
