Description

The Suntec A2L 65 C K 9704 4P 0700 gear pump model is used for pumping various grades of diesel fuel and kerosene. The device belongs to the line of units with two discharge lines and is equipped with normally closed electromagnetic shut-off valves. Fast response of controls and high performance allow for efficient operation of liquid fuel heating systems.

Design features

  • The main unit of the presented pump is a gear pair consisting of a drive gear and a driven wheel. The first element is rigidly mounted on the shaft and transmits counterclockwise torque to the second. The teeth act as blades that attract fuel from the tank and push it onto the nozzles.

  • A serviceable mesh filter is installed on the path of the sucked fuel. The minimum cell cross-section of 150 µm prevents sand and debris from penetrating inside, damaging the fuel system.

  • The fuel pressure at the feed is adjusted with the valve screw, the head of which is located outside the housing. Two electromagnetic valves of the "normally closed" type are responsible for the communication of the injector lines and the pump. Depending on the nature of the system, the sequence of their activation is ensured by the burner control unit.

Advantages of the model

  • high volume of pumped fuel per minute;

  • kerosene and diesel fuel with a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 12 cSt can be used;

  • shut-off EM solenoids are built into the device housing;

  • easy process of adjusting the liquid pressure "on the go";

  • the ability to connect a second pipe to discharge excess fuel into the tank;

  • the connecting thread of the outlets and ports complies with the European standard ISO 228/1.

Pumps from the French company Suntec are manufactured using innovative technologies and can be used in adverse external conditions. The Suntec A2L 65 C K 9704 4P 0700 housing has a protection class of IP54, which prevents dust and water splashes from getting on the working parts.

The device is easy to maintain and can operate without stopping for a long time. It is possible to replace worn-out elements after the warranty period.
