Liquid fuel pump with two separate outlets to the A2L 65 D 9703 4P 0700 injectors is capable of pumping winter and summer grades of diesel fuel with different viscosities under a pressure of 8-15 bar. The pressure value is adjusted by the spool valve screw. To communicate the injectors with the device via the high-pressure channel, a pair of electromagnetic solenoids with a locking function are mounted in the housing.

Design features

  • The pump operates by sucking diesel fuel from the tank and then pushing it out to the pressure-reducing valve and to the valves. A gear pair, which includes a pinion and a wheel, is responsible for this. They are driven into rotation by the drive shaft counterclockwise. The teeth act as blades that move the liquid from the suction cavity to the high-pressure channel.

  • The spring-loaded piston of the spool valve maintains the set pressure and releases excess fuel to the drain. By connecting the second pipe to the return line and removing the bypass plug, you can direct the diesel fuel back to the tank and automatically get rid of the accumulated air bubbles.
