Description

Liquid fuel gear pump for burners Suntec A2L 75 C 9706 4P 0700 allows pumping different grades of diesel fuel in two separate directions. Each channel is opened by an electromagnetic valve with a locking function. Quick change of the operating mode of independent nozzle lines ensures high efficiency and productivity.

Design features

  • The most loaded unit of the pump is the gear mechanism, consisting of a pair of interlocking links. The first link is a gear driven by the shaft of the device counterclockwise. Then the force is transmitted to a spur gear with an internal rim. The low and high pressure cavities are separated by a crescent-shaped recess.

  • The fuel pumped by the mechanism is directed to the pressure reducing valve and the normally closed EM solenoids. The valve maintains a given pressure level at the feed and is adjusted by tightening the adjusting screw.

  • The shut-off valves are triggered by a signal from the controller from the burner control unit. They allow you to instantly stop the fuel supply along each line, regardless of the operating mode of the electric drive.

Main advantages:

  • electromagnetic valves with high response speed built into the nozzle lines;

  • high productivity - up to 81 l / h;

  • operates in a system configuration of one or two pipes (the second for draining fuel into the tank);

  • convenient pressure adjustment in the range of 8-15 bar on the switched on pump;

  • a mesh filter with an open area of 6 cm² traps small debris, sand and rust.

The Suntec A2L 75 C 9706 4P 0700 model is used to assemble a fuel system on burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. The presence of two separate nozzle lines allows for more precise adjustment of the burner operation, changing the combustion intensity in each chamber.
