Description

The two-stage gear-type liquid fuel pump A2L 75 C K 9701 4P is presented by the French company Suntec. The device can supply fuel to two nozzle lines at the same time under a pressure of 8-15 bar. The model pumps kerosene and diesel fuel of winter and summer grades. It is characterized by high productivity - up to 109 l / h and variability in settings.

The design of the unit additionally includes three valves: two electromagnetic and one spool pressure reducing valve.

Design features

  • When developing a liquid fuel pump for diesel burners, a gear mechanism with internal engagement of teeth was taken as a basis. In it, the main role is played by the drive gear, mounted on the shaft, and the driven wheel. Their mutual counterclockwise rotation causes a vacuum in the pipe at the inlet, which makes the fuel flow into the pump cavity.

  • Under the pressure set by the screw of the spool pressure reducing valve, the fuel enters the injector lines. A pair of electromagnetic solenoids of the "normally closed" type performs the function of disconnecting each line from the injector.

  • On the fuel path in the inlet, a mesh filter with an opening size of 150 µm is installed, cleaning it from impurities that can damage the moving parts.
