Description

The Suntec A2L 95 B 9712 4P 0700 pump is designed to pump diesel fuel to two injectors at once. It is equipped with two electromagnetic valves with a flow interruption function for each outlet on the injector line. The performance depends on the pressure setting and the viscosity of the fuel.

Features

  • The pump is equipped with a dust- and moisture-proof housing that meets the IP54 standard. A mesh filter is installed at the fuel inlet. The mesh removes abrasive inclusions from the pumped diesel fuel, the size of which is more than 150 microns, which contributes to the long service life of the equipment, prevents early wear and tear and breakage.

  • At the factory, the pump is set to a pressure of 9 bar. It can be adjusted in the range from 8 to 15 bar, taking into account your own needs. To maintain a given pressure level, the pump is equipped with a slide valve with an adjusting screw.

  • "Normal closed" electromagnetic valves block the injector line channels and are characterized by fast response.

  • The pump is ready for installation in a 2-pipe system. When used for a single-pipe configuration, remove the bypass plug and plug the drain hole. Excess fuel passes through the return line to the tank or goes to the gears, depending on the fuel line layout.

  • The pump is designed to operate with diesel fuel, the temperature of which does not exceed +60 ºC.
