Description

The Suntec A2L 95 D 9702 4P 0700 model is the flagship in the series of gear fuel pumps with two fuel supply channels and shut-off electromagnetic valves. High performance of 128 l/h will satisfy the needs of most owners of burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. The unit can pump different grades of diesel fuel with low and high kinematic viscosity.

Design features

  • The main unit of the diesel burner pump is a gear mechanism, which is a pair of a gear and a wheel. The spur gear is fixedly fixed on the shaft and transmits torque to the wheel with internal engagement. Their combined counterclockwise rotation forces the fuel to move along the suction pipe and then to the discharge line.

  • The mechanism is protected from foreign objects and other debris by a cylindrical mesh service filter. Its flow area is 20 cm², and the cell size does not exceed 150 μm.

  • A slide valve is provided to maintain a certain pressure level at the feed. Tightening the bolt corresponds to an increase in this value.

The presented pump is designed for uninterrupted supply of diesel burners with fuel for two injector lines. The order of their operation is controlled by the control unit, which sends a signal to the electromagnetic valves of the device.

The unit is easy to maintain, does not require regular replacement of rubbing parts and repair. If a malfunction occurs after the end of the warranty period, the device can be repaired using a repair kit and spare parts.
