Description

The gear pump without a locking function Suntec AE 45 C 1305 6P was developed by a French company specifically for the assembly of liquid fuel burners Baltur, Elco, Lamborghini and others. The device is designed for installation in domestic heating systems.

The equipment can be used with a two-pipe or one-pipe connection. The second option is implemented by removing the standard bypass plug with a 4 mm Allen key and installing a plug with a steel washer on the return line connection.

Achieving optimal performance is possible with a fuel viscosity from 2 to 75 mm² / s and maintaining a temperature regime within the range from 0 to + 60 ° C.

Features of operation

The pump is based on the operation of a gear pair, which sucks in fuel from the fuel tank, runs it through a mesh filter with an opening size of 150 µm, after which it is fed directly to the injectors.

The discharge line has a pressure control valve, which is necessary to return excess fuel to the tank with a two-pipe connection, or to direct it to the suction system of the pipeline - with a single-pipe connection.
