Description

The pump model with a pressure regulating valve AE 57 C 7373 4P, developed by the French company Suntec, is distinguished by a high level of functionality and convenient connection. The gear pump with counterclockwise shaft rotation is designed for integration into heating systems operating on liquid fuel. The presented unit can be classified as universal because it can be used in both two-pipe and one-pipe circuits.

Technical characteristics of the model:

  • The shut-off function of the regulating valve is missing, but it can be implemented by additionally installing an electromagnetic valve of the appropriate type.

  • Requirements for the operational viscosity of the fuel are from 2 to 75 mm²/s, and for the temperature of the working environment - from 0 to +60 ° C.

  • The connection method of the electric motor is a sleeve with a diameter of 32 mm.

  • The injection of the fuel mixture is carried out at a rate of 62 l / h while maintaining a pressure of 11 bar.

  • The torque on the pump axis is 0.10 N m.

  • The fuel pressure applied to the injector during operation is in the range of 7-14 atm.

Features of operation

The main working unit of the pump is a high-precision gear pair that pumps fuel from the tank to the injectors through a filter element measuring 6 cm². The design of the discharge line includes a pressure regulating valve. It is used to return excess fuel to the tank or to supply it to the suction pipeline, depending on the type of connection.

Air is released automatically or through injectors. The first option is used with a two-pipe connection, the second - with a single-pipe connection. If air is released through the injectors too slowly, you can loosen the plug of the pressure gauge port and thus speed up the process. The ANKAS company offers the Suntec AE 57 C 7373 4P pump at the manufacturer's price. You can order boiler equipment on our website.
