Description

The Suntec AE 67 C 7361 4P pump is a basic model with a pressure regulating valve, without a locking function. It is used to pump diesel fuel, kerosene, and biofuel. The locking function is provided by an external electromagnetic valve (purchased separately).

Features

  • The pump is designed to pump fuel with a temperature of up to +60 ºC. The design includes a valve that regulates the fuel pressure. The locking function is not available in the basic version.

  • The gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank through a mesh filter, feeds it to the regulating valve, and then to the injector line.

  • The built-in filter with a working surface of 6 cm² retains all abrasive inclusions of 150 µm, which protects the working unit from damage and early wear.

  • The pump is suitable for assembling systems with and without a return line. With a single-pipe connection, the bypass plug is removed using a 4 mm socket wrench, and the drain hole is closed with a steel plug and washer.

  • Excess air is released automatically in a two-pipe system. If there is no return line when the pump is started, air is released through the nozzle line. The bleeding process can be accelerated during the first start by loosening the plug of the pressure gauge hole.

  • The pump is factory-set to a pressure of 14 bar. You can independently change the setting to suit individual needs within the range from 10 to 20 bar.

  • Installation is carried out using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. Standard ports are provided for connecting measuring devices.
