Description
To equip heating systems running on liquid fuel, the French company Suntec has developed a model of a gear pump with counterclockwise shaft rotation AE 77 C 7380 2P. The equipment has a high level of reliability, optimal performance - 113 l / h and easy installation to the electric motor using a sleeve connection ∅32 mm.
Features of operation
The device is equipped with a valve for changing the pressure, which does not have a shut-off function, but this drawback can be easily eliminated by installing an electromagnetic valve.
The pump is used in two-pipe and one-pipe fuel supply systems. The first option provides a standard package, the second - a small intervention, consisting in removing the bypass plug and installing a plug with a washer to block the return line.
Accumulated air from the system is removed automatically with a two-pipe connection or through nozzles - with a single-pipe connection.
Operating principle
The AE 77 C 7380 2P burner pump model has a simple design. The fuel mixture is moved by a gear pair, which sucks it from the tank, distills it through a 20 cm² pre-filter and feeds it to the nozzles.
Normal operation of the pump is possible with a fuel viscosity of 2 to 75 mm²/s and a temperature range of 0 to +60°C.
Despite its high performance, the unit has a small weight - 1.3 kg and compact dimensions.
