Description

The Suntec AE 97 B 7283 3P pump is a basic model with a pressure regulating valve, without a flow shut-off function. The shut-off function is provided by an external electromagnetic valve (purchased separately). The pump is designed for assembling diesel burners.

Features

  • The pump has a reliable design, with solid assembly and high-quality seals. It is designed for pumping fuel, the temperature of which does not exceed +60 ºC.

  • The design includes a valve that regulates the fuel pressure to the injector. The locking function is missing in the basic version. The shut-off function is performed by an external electromagnetic valve.

  • Wear-resistant gears suck fuel from the tank through a mesh filter, feed it to the regulating valve, and then to the injector line.

  • The built-in filter has an increased working area of ​​20 cm², retains all coarse mechanical particles from 150 microns in size, which contributes to the stable operation of the pump, eliminates jamming and damage to the gear pair.

  • The pump can be built into systems with one or two pipes. For a single-pipe connection, the bypass plug is removed using a 4 mm socket wrench, and the return line is blocked with a steel plug and washer.

  • Excess air is released automatically in a two-pipe system. If there is no return line when the pump is started, air is released through the nozzle channel. Loosening the plug of the pressure gauge hole allows you to bleed air faster during the first start-up.

  • The pump is factory-set to a pressure of 14 bar. You can independently adjust the pressure within the range from 8 to 28 atm.

  • Installation is carried out using a flange ∅ 54 mm. Standard ports are provided in the housing for connecting control and measuring devices.
