Description

The well-known French manufacturer Suntec offers its customers the AE 97 C 7390 2P gear pump for liquid fuel burners installed in industrial heating systems. The model with a capacity of 132 l/hour does not have a shut-off function, so the fuel supply is shut off manually. It is possible to improve the unit by installing a shut-off electromagnetic valve.

Device Features

This equipment can be classified as universal. It is suitable for installation in both two-pipe and single-pipe fuel supply systems of most burner models: Elco, Baltur, Lamborghini and others. To integrate into a single-pipe circuit, it is necessary to dismantle the bypass plug, which is present in the factory package, and install a steel plug with a washer on the "return".

Fuel is supplied to the injectors using a gear pair, which distills it from the tank through a filter with a mesh size of 150 µm. The factory setting of the fuel pressure is 14 atm, but it can be adjusted manually depending on the requirements. For these purposes, a valve is provided through which excess fuel is returned to the tank in case of a two-pipe connection or moved to the suction system in case of a single-pipe connection.
