Description

The Suntec AE 97 D 7355 2P pump is a high-performance basic series equipment with a control valve without a shut-off function. The diesel fuel feed rate reaches 132 l/h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt. Additionally, an external electromagnetic valve can be installed to implement the shut-off function.

Device and features

  • The pump is designed for integration into a two-pipe system. When installing in a one-pipe system, the bypass plug should be unscrewed and the fuel drain should be closed.

  • The function of moving diesel fuel from the tank to the discharge line is carried out by a gear mechanism. The fuel is pre-cleaned from large particles of dirt, sand, debris using a built-in mesh filter with 150 µm cells, which protects the gear pair from jamming. Cleaning area - 20 cm².

  • The pressure on the nozzle is regulated in a wide range of 8-28 bar by a screw tightening. The factory setting of the model is 14 bar.

  • Fuel that does not pass through the nozzle is sent to the tank with a 2-pipe connection or behind the gears in a 1-pipe installation.

  • The pump has a standard connection method, the hole diameter is 32 mm. Suitable for burners of most brands.
