Description
The AE 97 V C 7213 4P gear pump model for pumping diesel and biodiesel is presented by the French developer Suntec and has a wide range of applications. It is installed in industrial heating systems designed to heat large production areas. The equipment is integrated with an electric motor via a ∅54 mm flange connection in most Elco, Baltur and Lamborghini liquid fuel burners.
Design features
The pump can be connected to both a two-pipe and a single-pipe fuel system. In the first case, the pump is used in a standard assembly, in the second, the bypass plug is removed, and another one is installed on the return line - a steel one with a washer.
The operating principle of the device is based on the movement of fuel from the fuel tank to the burners by means of a gear pair. During the process, it passes through a mesh filter with a cross section of 20 cm², which pre-cleans the working mixture. Normal operation of the pump is possible at a fuel temperature from 0 to +60°C and a viscosity of 2-75 cSt.
The nominal working pressure set by the manufacturer is 14 bar. This value can be changed depending on individual requirements. A manual regulator is provided for these purposes.
