Description

The Suntec AJ 4 AC 1000 4P fuel pump is used as a component for diesel boiler units that heat offices, warehouses, production facilities and large domestic premises. The feed rate is 158 l/hour at a nozzle pressure of 20 atm. The device is suitable for burners with a power of no more than 3000 kW.

Design and features

The liquid fuel pump is set to 12 atm. The nozzle pressure can be adjusted using the regulator, turning it left / right. Permissible range: 10-20 bar. The valve performs 2 functions: pressure regulation and flow shut-off.

A feature of modifications with the number "4" is the ring seals on the supporting surfaces of the connections with the suction / return lines, as well as a significant reduction in internal pressure losses.

A bypass plug is mounted in the return line hole - the basic assembly is designed for a 2-pipe connection. The pump can also be installed in single-pipe designs if the diesel fuel drain channel is closed by first unscrewing the bypass plug.

A gear pair is responsible for moving the working fluid from the tank to the nozzle. To increase the service life of the gears, a mesh filter with an increased collection area of ​​30 cm² is placed in the suction line.

Operating principle

The gear device pumps diesel fuel from the tank to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the nozzle. Before entering the gear pair, the fuel is cleaned of abrasive impurities larger than 120x150 microns. Excess fuel is sent to the tank or to the gears - depending on the selected pipeline scheme.
