Description

The Suntec AJ 4 CE 1002 4P fuel pump is part of the basic series - it includes a valve that regulates the pressure within 10-30 atmospheres. The shut-off function is not implemented, it is provided by an external device (optional). The equipment is suitable for completing medium-power burners, from 400 to 3000 kW, and is a universal component for boiler plants operating on diesel fuel. The feed rate is 158 l / h at a pressure of 20 atmospheres on the nozzle.

Features and parameters of the device

The main difference of the AJ "1002" pump is the location of the bypass hole, which is made in the nozzle line, and not on the piston. As a result, the shut-off function is not provided.

During the manufacture of the model, pressure losses inside the system are reduced and ring seals are installed on the supporting surfaces of the "return" and the suction line.

The factory assembly is designed to connect the pump to a 2-pipe system. If the unit is used in single-pipe designs, the bypass plug should be unscrewed with a hex key and the fuel drain channel should be blocked.

The main working element - the gear mechanism is protected from the effects of abrasive particles by a built-in mesh filter with an increased cleaning area of ​​30 cm².

It allows you to cope with any foreign particles measuring 120x150 microns that can damage the structural elements of the device.

How the pump works

When rotating, the gear pair sucks diesel fuel from the tank, passes it through the mesh filter to the pressure control valve, and then to the injector. Excess fuel is drained into the tank or directed to the gear teeth, depending on the connection option. Locking is performed by an external EM valve.
