Description

The high-performance Suntec AJ 6 AC 1000 4P fuel pump allows pumping diesel fuel into medium-power burners under a pressure of 10-20 atmospheres. The speed depends on the viscosity of the pumped liquid and the pressure setting.

Device and features

The liquid fuel pump has a built-in valve that regulates the pressure on the injector and simultaneously performs a shut-off function. To automate the fuel supply mode, regardless of the shaft speed, we recommend buying the Suntec AJ 6 AC 1000 4P fuel pump together with an external electromagnetic valve.

This model has an outlet to the injector on the right and an 11-mm shaft that rotates clockwise. A special feature of the device is the reduction of internal pressure losses and the use of ring seals at the junctions with the intake line and the return line.

The main functional element of the pump - the gear mechanism is protected from jamming and premature wear with a built-in filter. A mesh insert with 120x150 microns cells prevents dirt, sand, rust and other contaminants from entering the unit.
