Description

The highly efficient Suntec AJ 6 AE 1002 4P fuel pump pumps diesel fuel at a rate of 248 l/h under a pressure of 20 bar. Its functional characteristics allow the device to be used as part of burners with a capacity of 400-3000 kW for heating offices, warehouses, industrial and large domestic premises.

Design and features

The pump is equipped with a valve that regulates the pressure on the nozzle. A built-in locking function is not provided, since the bypass hole is made in the nozzle line. To lock/unlock the flow, an external EM valve must be installed.

The model is equipped with ring seals on the bearing surfaces of the connections with the return line and the suction line. Internal pressure losses are reduced. The outlet to the discharge line is located on the right. The shaft with a diameter of 11 mm rotates clockwise.

The Suntec AJ 6 AE 1002 4P fuel pump is factory-equipped for a 2-pipe connection. When using the unit in designs without a return line, the bypass plug must be removed and the drain channel must be carefully closed.

To protect the gears from wear and damage, a mesh filter is installed on the fuel suction line, which holds mechanical particles measuring 120x150 microns.

The gear pair is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle through the mesh filter and the regulating valve. Excess fuel is returned to the tank in 2-pipe systems, and to the gear device in 1-pipe designs.

This model has a wide pressure setting range, from 10 to 30 bar. When adjusting, use a pressure gauge to avoid damage to the equipment.
