Design and features

  • The model is basic and is supplied with a valve that regulates the supply pressure within 10-20 bar. A locking function is also implemented. The speed of closing / opening the flow depends on the pressure setting.

Design and operating principle

The most loaded unit is the gear mechanism. When the gears rotate, the fuel is pumped out of the tank and sent to the control valve, and then under the required pressure to the nozzle. Before this, it is cleaned by the built-in filter.

Using a screw regulator, the basic pressure setting (12 bar) can be changed in the range of 10-20 atm. In this case, you need to monitor the actions using a pressure gauge. The connection of measuring devices is carried out on a standard thread made in accordance with ISO 228/1.

Excess fuel that does not reach the nozzle is drained into the tank in 2-pipe systems or passes back to the gear teeth in 1-pipe designs.
