Description

High-efficiency fuel pump Suntec AJ 6 CE 1002 4P – basic model with pressure regulating valve. Pumps diesel fuel at a rate of 248 l/hour (at a pressure of 20 bar), ensuring stable operation of boiler equipment. It is used to maintain a comfortable climate in industrial, commercial and office premises.

Features and operating parameters

The pump has an increased pressure amplitude on the nozzle – 10-30 atm. Adjustment is performed using a screw – turning clockwise increases the pressure and vice versa. The main thing is to use a pressure gauge to prevent damage to the device.

The model is equipped with a regulating valve. Flow locking is not provided, since the bypass hole is in the nozzle line. Installation of an external device (EM valve) is required.

When creating the design, engineers achieved a reduction in pressure losses, and also used ring seals on the supporting surfaces of the connections with the return line and the suction line.

The basic assembly option is designed for a 2-pipe system configuration. For 1-pipe installations, remove the bypass plug, then securely close the drain channel.

The gears of the Suntec AJ 6 CE 1002 4P fuel pump are protected from early wear by a detachable filter. The 120x150 µm mesh insert holds sand, dirt and other abrasive inclusions. Regular cleaning of the mesh is required to avoid deterioration in the unit's performance.

How the pump works

The gear pair pumps diesel fuel out of the tank, passes it through the filter mesh, directs it to the valve, and after adjusting the pressure - to the injector. Excess fuel is drained into a tank with fuel in a 2-pipe connection or passes to the gears in installations with one pipe.
