Description

The universal fuel pump Suntec AJ 6 DC 1000 4P solves the problem of equipping medium-power boiler units. It is used to supply diesel fuel and biodiesel to heating burners under pressure of 10-20 atm. Due to its high productivity (248 l/h at maximum pressure and fuel viscosity of 5 cSt), the equipment copes with heating office, warehouse, retail and large domestic premises.

Design and features

  • For safe operation with biofuel, a special material for sealing the drive axle was used in the manufacture of the product.

  • The Suntec AJ 6 DC 1000 4P fuel pump is a basic model and is equipped with a built-in valve that regulates the pressure in accordance with a predetermined value.

  • You can adjust the discharge pressure yourself using a screw regulator. To avoid damage to the pump, use a pressure gauge when adjusting the pressure. For instrumentation, holes with threads are made according to ISO 228/1.

  • The valve locks the fuel. The flow opening/closing speed depends on the pressure settings. The burner operation can be automated by installing an EM valve (optional).

  • A special feature of the modification with the digital designation "4" is the use of O-ring seals for connections to the "return" and intake line, as well as a reduction in internal pressure losses.

  • The basic package is designed for 2-pipe units. For pipeline configurations without a "return", it is necessary to close the drain hole, having previously removed the bypass plug.

  • The main functional unit of the pump is a gear pair rotating counterclockwise. The gears move the fuel from the tank to the nozzle, having previously passed it through a filter mesh and a regulating valve.
