Description

The Suntec AJ 6 DE 1002 4P fuel pump is high-performance equipment for creating modern heating systems. It is used as part of medium-power burners for heating industrial premises, offices, warehouses, and retail spaces. The built-in valve regulates the supply pressure, the setting range is 10-30 atm. To lock the fuel, an external EM valve must be installed. Capacity - 248 l/h at a pressure of 20 bar.

Device and features

When creating the pump, the developers achieved a reduction in internal pressure losses. Ring seals are used to connect to the return line and the suction line.

The bypass hole is located not on the piston, but in the nozzle line. This location eliminates the presence of a locking function. Closing/opening of the supply is regulated by an external EM valve, supplied upon a separate request.

The pump is configured for a 2-pipe connection. When choosing a circuit without a return line, the bypass plug should be removed from the hole and the fuel drain should be closed.

The main working unit of the unit is a wear-resistant pair of gears. Thanks to the built-in filter, the gear pair is not subject to early wear and serves reliably for many years. The mesh insert with a working area of ​​30 cm² must be washed regularly so that the fuel supply rate does not decrease.

The pressure is adjusted by simply tightening the screw on the housing. Use a pressure gauge each time you adjust the parameters.
