Description
The Suntec AJ V 6 ABK 1000 4P burner pump is an efficient, highly reliable piece of equipment for pumping diesel fuel, biodiesel, and kerosene. Provides a stable feed pressure of 10-20 bar. In the basic version, it is adjusted to 12 bar. The use of standard shaft sizes according to EN 225 allows the pump to be built into burners from many manufacturers.
The Suntec AJ pump is used:
in systems with and without a return line;
for fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt and a temperature of up to +60 °C;
mainly in combination with an external solenoid valve.
Features of AJ pumps
The pump is equipped with a regulating valve with a shut-off function, an O-ring seal at the inlet/outlet of the flow. It is characterized by low internal pressure losses.

excess air is automatically discharged with a 2-pipe connection (in systems without a return line - through the open port of the pressure gauge).
Application
The Suntec AJ burner pump is ready for 2-pipe assembly. The bypass plug is placed in the drain hole. With a single-pipe system configuration, the bypass plug must be removed and a steel plug with a washer must be installed.
