Description

The high-performance pump AJ V 6 AC 1000 4P is part of a series of devices equipped with a regulating valve with a shut-off function. This equipment is installed in medium-power burners of many manufacturers, including Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt, Ecoflam, Cib Unigas. The model has a right-hand outlet to the nozzle, stands out for its universal purpose - it pumps diesel fuel and biodiesel. The capacity is 248 l / h at a pressure of 20 atm. and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

Features

A pair of gears rotating clockwise sucks fuel from the tank and moves it to the nozzle through a pressure regulating valve. It also performs a shut-off function.

A mesh filter with an open area of ​​​​30 cm² is mounted at the liquid inlet. It blocks the path of small dirt particles, protecting the moving parts of the pump.

The regulating valve maintains the fuel pressure at a given value. The pump is factory set to 12 atmospheres. Using the screw regulator, you can change this indicator within 10-20 atm, turning it clockwise / counterclockwise.

The pumped liquid that does not reach the nozzle is sent back: to the tank in a 2-pipe connection scheme or to the suction line in systems with 1 pipe.

Additionally, you can mount an external electromagnetic valve that automates the process of locking the fuel.

When creating the design, special shaft seals made of Viton were used, which allows pumping biodiesel in addition to diesel fuel.

Installation in the system is carried out using a flange connection with a diameter of 54 mm, according to the European standard EN225.
