Description

The Suntec AJ V 6 CC 1000 4P gear pump is designed for installation in medium-power burners running on diesel fuel and biodiesel. The model with a left-hand outlet to the nozzle is part of a series of devices equipped with a pressure regulating valve, which also performs the shut-off function. The capacity is 248 l/h at a pressure of 20 atm. and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

Features

  • The pump is configured by default for connection to a 2-pipe system. When used as part of a single-pipe installation, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug from the vacuum gauge port and close the return line with a steel plug and washer.

  • The regulating valve maintains the pressure at a given level, in the range of 10-20 atmospheres. Factory setting - 12 bar. To increase the feed pressure, turn the adjusting screw clockwise, to decrease - in the opposite direction. The valve also performs a shut-off function.

  • The design includes a filter with a working area of ​​30 cm². With its help, the fuel is cleaned of debris, sand and other mechanical impurities, extending the service life of the gears. The mesh insert cell size is 120x150 µm.

  • The pump is installed in the system using a flange connection with a diameter of 54 mm, in accordance with the EN225 standard.

  • When manufacturing the AJ V 6 CC 1000 4P pump, special shaft seals (material - Viton) are used, which allows pumping both diesel fuel and biodiesel.

Operating principle

The drive shaft with a nominal rotation speed of 2850 rpm transmits torque to the gear pair, which moves the fuel from the tank to the valve regulating the pressure and then to the injector line.

Excess fuel is sent back: to the tank in two-pipe systems or to the gear mechanism in single-pipe installations.
