Description

The Suntec AJ V 6 CE 1013 4P pump is a high-performance pumping module for supplying fuel to the injector under pressure up to 30 bar. It is used to equip burners of many well-known brands. It is supplied complete with a control valve with a locking function. The universal pump is used to work with diesel fuel and biodiesel.

Design and features

  • A feature of the Suntec pump of this series is the use of special shaft seals made of Viton, at the junction with the return and suction pipes, which allows, in addition to diesel fuel, to safely pump biodiesel, and also reduces the risk of pressure loss.

  • The main working mechanism is a pair of gears, for the long service of which the design provides a filter with a collection zone of 30 cm² and a purification degree of 30 µm. It holds back all foreign inclusions: sand, rust, debris, eliminating interference with the normal operation of the equipment and premature wear. The regulating valve not only regulates the pressure of the supplied fuel, but also serves for locking. The process of supplying the working medium can be automated by installing an external EM valve.

  • The pressure is regulated within 10-30 bar, the factory setting is 12 bar. A special screw on the body is used to adjust the parameters. It is recommended to connect a pressure gauge to monitor the pressure.

  • The body has threaded holes for measuring instruments (ISO 228/1).

Operating principle

The rotation of the gear mechanism leads to the movement of diesel fuel / biodiesel from the tank to the regulating valve, then to the injector under a certain pressure. The fuel is pre-cleaned through a mesh filter, freeing it from contaminants. Excess fuel liquid is sent back to the tank or to the gears, depending on the selected connection scheme.
