The French company Suntec has introduced the AL 55 A 9527 6P 0700 gear pump to the boiler equipment market, designed for liquid fuel burners. Technical data

  • In the single-stage pump "Suntek" the main functional unit is a gear pair. With its help, the combustible mixture is supplied from the fuel tank to the nozzles. The electromagnetic valve is required to maintain the pressure in the pressure line within the range of 8 to 15 atm or to stop the fuel supply when changing the operating mode of the heating burner.

  • In the inactive state, the valve is in the closed position, and the diesel fuel is directed to the suction line or to the tank, depending on the installed fuel line circuit.

  • Important recommendation: installing a fine filter in the fuel line will significantly extend the service life of the injectors and prevent their clogging.
