Pump design

  • The basic working element of the device is a toothed pair of gears. It is responsible for collecting diesel fuel and then pumping it to the injector line. The liquid passes through an integrated pre-filter with a throughput area of ​​20 cm2.

  • Important! The manufacturer SANTEC also recommends installing an additional filter that provides fine cleaning. This will help to avoid premature clogging of the injectors and significantly extend their service life.

  • The unit is equipped with a "normally closed" electromagnetic valve. In the activated position, it passes liquid under a pressure of 8-15 atm. When a signal is received from the burner control unit, it immediately blocks the fuel supply regardless of the speed of the electric drive shaft. Depending on how the fuel line circuit is configured, the fuel continues to be supplied to the suction line or returns through the pressure regulator to the fuel tank.
