Description

The single-stage pump AL V 65 B 9632 6P 0700 with a capacity of 81 l/h is a modern reliable device designed to equip diesel burners. It was developed by the top European manufacturer SANTEC (France), engaged in the production of equipment for heating systems. This modification differs from others by the presence of an electromagnetic shut-off valve. Among the advantages of the device are increased reliability and an increased service life. Design features

  • The main working element of the burner pump is a pair of toothed gears that provide fuel intake from the tank and its further supply to the nozzles. In this case, the working fluid undergoes preliminary cleaning on an integrated filter, the throughput area of ​​​​6 cm².

  • The electromagnetic valve with which the device is equipped is "normally closed". In the active position, it is open and does not interfere with the supply of fuel to the control valve, which maintains the fuel pressure within 8-15 atm.

  • The EM valve ensures immediate cessation of the supply of working fluid at any speed of the electric motor. In the inactive position, the device completely blocks the flow, and, depending on the assembly method of the fuel line circuit, returns the fuel back to the tank or supplies it to the suction line.

  • Important information! It is recommended to additionally use a fine fuel filter. This will prevent clogging of the pump injectors and significantly extend their service life.
