Description

The Suntec AL V 75 B K 9502 5P 0700 pump is installed in burners consuming diesel fuel and kerosene. The design includes a blocking electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function.

Features

  • The pump has a high level of protection against external influences, dust and moisture. The design complies with the European standard IP54. Special seals are used for safe pumping of kerosene.

  • The working element of the pump - a gear mechanism is protected from damage and jamming by a filter. The mesh insert cleans the incoming fuel from all large abrasive particles measuring 150 microns.

  • The electromagnetic "normally closed" valve is installed in the injector line, which ensures instantaneous response. When the EM valve is activated, the fuel enters the injector line under the pressure set by the regulating valve.

  • The factory setting of the fuel pressure to the injector is 9 bar. Adjustment is available in the range from 8 to 15 bar.

  • The pump can be built into single-pipe and double-pipe systems. If there is no return line, the bypass plug is removed with an Allen key, and the fuel drain line is blocked with a steel plug and washer.

  • Installation is carried out using a sleeve connection (EN 225 standard), which expands the scope of use of the pump. This type of fastening is supported by many manufacturers when manufacturing burners.
